excellent location and cute staff
central location friendly staff helpful service
The location is superb, right in the heart of the city center. i could easily walk to the royal palace within five minutes. the reception staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport, which i appreciated.
the building itself is quite old! and the sound isolation wasn't the best, as i could hear noises from the corridor.

the room included usb charging points and a very effective hairdryer. a safe and fridge were also present, providing convenient storage. the cleaning process was very thorough.

superb location well-kept room helpful staff small room noticeable noise slow elevator
the location is superb, i could easily walk to numerous attractions. the room was well-kept and very clean. the staff were always available at reception and helpful with directions.
the room was quite small, it felt a bit cramped with luggage. street noise was noticeable. the elevator was slow, i preferred taking the stairs most of the time.

Acceptable stay with minor drawbacks
excellent location spacious room comfortable room small room bathroom bench inconvenient outlet
The location was excellent near everything, I found it close to Opera. My room was spacious and comfortable, I liked the building itself. It is in the center of the city, therefore it does not require the use of the metro.
The room was small, I noticed no benches in the bathroom. The tea and coffee tray with the jug attached did not reach the power outlet.

cramped bathroom poor soundproofing
I encountered a couple of issues . The bathroom was quite cramped, inconvenient. the soundproofing was poor. I could hear noise from the hallway often late at night. This disrupted my rest on a couple of occasions.

the room was very clean. it also had a fridge plus free bottled water. the pillows were really nice. reception was available 24/7.
